Quality Control
There is always the risk of a defect such as fabric, sewing, press failure..etc and always unexpected challenge to supply stable quality items due to many processes to make headwear. We put a lot of effort to eliminate defected items by our special quality control team and believe that’s why our client trust us for their important projects.
Flow of delivery
From scratch to pattern
We make a pattern based on hearing from client, idea and rough sketch. The pattern, size(fit), fabric, embellishment idea is also discussed as well. The pattern making is the most important part of the whole process. Our experienced production team supports and leads you to make the project successful in the entire process.
Specification to developing sample
We develop sample product based on the specification to see the quality and if there is a discrepancy between your idea and sample. We propose the most efficient way in terms of time and cost based on style, construction, and materials. Bulk production will proceed upon sample approval.
Production to delivery
We arrange sourcing of materials, mold, cut&sew, press, quality check in the order based on the final sample.The products will be delivered to our distribution center and get through the inspection and quality check that is the highest level in Japan. The process will be done by the third party and only the products passed it will be delivered to you.
Quality control system
Scheduling
Scheduling of production is key for a successful project. What, When and How. We set the steps and schedule for every process. The consistent progression checking is done by daily basis. We make sure all step is scheduled properly and realistically to ensure successful project completion.
Mold from pattern
All headwear pattern composed of curves.
Basic patterning can be done by software, however, our experienced professionals optimize and apply small details and client’s request into a pattern. The cutting process is done with the pattern and metal mold for hat pressing. 立体The metal mold made by hand crafting by our professionals.
Fabric inspection・Lining・Cutting
Fabric inspection
Inspect consistency of fabric quality such as color, fray, distortion before lining and cutting. This process eliminates future trouble we may encounter.
Lining
The lining is sticking back the main fabric and liner. We choose the best options for your hat and apply it.
Cutting
Our cutting team brings the most efficient and the best result for your production.
Base sewing
The base sewing is the first sewing process getting pieces of fabric together. Our inspection team inspects the quality of this process to eliminate the risk in the future process.
Decoration(Embridary, Heat Transfer, Screen Printing …)
Decoration process is right after base sewing. We do embroidery(2D&3D), screen printing, rubber print, heat transfer, sublimation transfer, Spangle and more). The placement of decoration is not a problem, we can apply it even on inside bias tape.
Sewing and assembly
Sewing and assembling is one of part which requires special technics and skill from experience.。
I have only the best professionals do this process to make sure the every element are on right track.
We can not emphasize enough how this process is important to maintain our product quality.
Pressing & finish
Pressing is the last part of the whole manufacturing process and the hat is not “hat” yet without this process.
Only years of experience pressing professional can do this part. The pressing technic depends on material, shape, and etc…only well trained professional knows the right way.
Trim(loose threads check) and Quality check(in house)
Our quality control team inspect the loose threads and quality (color discrepancy, size, construction…). If we found the issue on products, we address the problem immediately and find out the source of the problem then fix it. Our quality control system eliminates mistakes or unexpected waste and allows us to produce high-quality products rapidly.
Quality control by third party & Trouble shooting
We set triple quality control inspection system conducted by factory, in house and third party to eliminate any defect.
Our goal is “0” defect however it can’t be “0%”. That is the reason we have trouble shooting team and will put our best effort to solve the issue immediately.
